While most people are stuck in an office on Tuesday afternoon I had the joy of capturing a love story in Yosemite at Wawona Point. A place few have been to, in fact my first wedding at this site for me. To get there you must go to the very top of Mariposa Grove. Once at the site you can see all of Wawona Valley and Golf course! It is breath taking. This love story begins with a small group of family as the bride and groom confess their love!

The warm air filled the valley as we traveled to the Chapel. Both bride and groom love the Chapel...so we made sure to capture some heart felt memories with it!

I love capturing weddings in the tall grass in Yosemite Valley. This beautiful couple shared lots of kisses and laughter amongst the majestic granite walls of Yosemite!

Words can't express how wonderful our last wedding was. Ryan and I ventured back to the Sierra's this time to Tenaya Lodge (just south of Yosemite) to capture Rosa and Adam confess the love they share in front of their families!! Pastor Bruce Newton from Sierra Pines commenced the ceremony. Bellissimo Brides was there to preserve Rosa's hair and makeup, and the beautiful flowers and cake came from the best Baker in the area: Sweet Dreams! It was a dream come true. In fact I remember as the day unfolded Rosa looking at me and saying " It is a perfect day! It really is perfect." Living in Sacramento Adam and Rosa choose Tenaya Lodge as their destination because of the grand beauty and the fresh mountain air. Laughter and love filled the day with great expressions and loving glances. Thank you Adam and Rosa for sharing this day with us!

The Day was sunny with a nice breeze as Rosa and Adam confessed their love to one another in the High Sierra's Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite. The ceremony was breathtaking amongst the tall trees and fresh mountain air!

Thank you for having us capture your day at the Wawona and in Yosemite Valley!

Starting on Saturday Matt and Lisa got married at the historic Wawona Hotel. Friends and family gathered to watch the love unfold! After a wonderful ceremony amongst the tall cedar trees the guests moved to the reception where they shared lots of old memories and created new ones as well. The love beamed from Lisa and Matts eyes as they shared the day together. After the wedding Matt and Lisa joined me on Monday to capture some great memories through Historic Wawona and down through the Valley. Amongst tall grass and roaring waterfalls this couple was amazing and through it all carring a smile and warm hearts. It was great to spend some quality time with the both of them. Two amazing people that found each other! May your marriage be blessed. Thank you soo much for all the memories you created in my heart of your special day!!

Lisa and Matt enjoyed a beautiful relaxing day through the meadows!! Lots of giggles and love were in the air as we injoyed the sound of the rushing falls and tall grass.
